Author Activity Report Explained

Summary:

The Author Activity Report provides a summary of the number of jobs and minutes of dictation each author performs over a specified period of time. 

Requirements:

• An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC.

Tasks:

• Log into the IMC using your Administrator username and password.
• Click the Reports tab ⇒ Dictation Activity sub-tab.
  

Options Include:

• Account
• Facility
• Start Date, and End Date
• Time Zone
• Filter by Origination
• Filter by All/Active/Inactive Authors
  
• Option to 'Include Duplicated Jobs'
  

• After selecting options, select "Display Report" to view report results (or Export to Excel)

• By default, this report will include all authors, regardless of whether they submitted dictation during the period or not.
• There is also an option to include Active or Inactive authors.
