Playing Dictation in the InfraWare Portal

Before an author can access audio, an InfraWare Administrator must turn on this feature for the author's facility. The following KB article provides information on how to enable this feature:  KB372

Once the feature is active, the author can play the audio via the speaker icon found on the main Portal Queue page.  The speaker icon can be found to the right of the job #, as shown below:

After clicking the speaker icon, the author will be prompted to save the file.  Once saved, the author can open the audio file to listen and review.
