Disable Fax on Demand in the Secure Web Portal

Summary

Administrators may wish to disable Fax On Demand for users of the Secure Web Portal.

Steps

To disable the Fax on Demand feature follow these steps:

• In the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) go to the Administration tab ⇒ Facilities sub-tab.
• Click the name of the Facility.
• On the Facility Settings page go to the Portal section and Uncheck the box next to Allow Fax on Demand. 
  
• Scroll to the bottom and click Update Facility.

Notes

•     The setting default is to be On (i.e., allow faxing).
•     This setting will only be observed in the new Secure Web Portal:  https://app.infraware.com/portal/login
