Clearing Delivery Flags in the IMC
Overview
For each job in the IMC/Secure Web Portal, there are flags marked when a job is printed or downloaded. At times, it is necessary to clear these flag so that jobs will display appropriately.
Solution
In the IMC under Reports, perform a search to locate the job(s) that you wish to clear the delivery flags on
Place a checkmark in the box next to the job(s) that you wish to clear the flags on, then click on the More Actions button on the toolbar. Then select Clear Delivery Flags.
On the pop-up window, select which flags you wish to clear, then click on the Clear button
