Why are there different First Draft grades for different document types for the same Author?

Answer / Solution

Authors with Different Grades for each Document Type

Summary

Back-end Speech Recognition models are unique for each Author and each Author / DocType / Dictation Source.  Each of the Document Types (and possibly dictation sources) for an Author can receive a different letter grade depending on the projected quality of the results for that work.

If there are multiple Dictation Sources available the Dictation Source column will be visible and you will see a separate entry for each Document Type/Dictation Source.  Each combination must be enabled separately.
