Date Trained Column Explained

Overview

The “Date Trained” column for a Document Type under the First Draft Author page under the First Draft tab will be visible when the Display "Authors awaiting grade" is selected. This column tells an administrator when the training process for an Author was completed and the automated grading process was started. When the model is done building the grading process can begin, where a grade level will be assigned for each author - document type - dictation source combination identified. Once a grade model has been assigned the author will be shown in the corresponding Display for each grade(s).
