Account Dashboard Explained

Summary
The Account Dashboard provides an easy way to keep track of Events pertinent to Facilities and Transcriptionists under an Account. 

Requirements:

• An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC.

Location:

• Log into the IMC using your Administrator username and password.
  
• Click the Administration tab ⇒ Account sub-tab.
• Near the top of the screen slide the selector to the left to change to the Dashboard.
  

Event Selection

Events shown on the dashboard can be filtered using the following criteria:

• CRM/HR:  Choose to show CRM, HR, or both CRM and HR event types from the drop-down menu.  Both will be shown by default.  See KB686 for CRM details and KB687 for HR details.
• Filter events by manager:  Choose to show events for All Managers, My Facilities and MT's, Not Specified, or select a specific Manager from the list.  See KB800 for how to specify an Account Manager and Workflow Coordinator for a facility, and KB805 for how to add them for an MT.
  

Scheduled Events
This section includes a list of scheduled upcoming events.  The list includes a Date, Facility/Transcriptionist, Description, and the Creator of the event.  From this list you can Edit, mark an event as Completed, or Delete an event from the list.  New events can be added from the Facilities CRM screen and the Users HR screen.  See KB686 for facilities and KB687 for MT's.

Recent Events (last 30 days)
The Recent Events list includes events completed in the last 30 days.  The list includes a Date, Facility/Transcriptionist, Description, and the Creator of the event.  From this list you can Edit or Delete events. 

Production History (last 26 weeks)

The Production History section of the Account Dashboard includes a snapshot of Work Trending, Facility Distribution, and Transcriptionist Distribution.  See below for details on each section. 

• Work Trend:  Work Trend is a line graph showing data for total Lines and Minutes for the time frame indicated in the title of this section.  Hover over a data point to see a screen tip with the dates for that data point.

• Facility Distribution:  Facility Distribution is represented by a pie chart showing a breakdown for work completed for the time frame indicated in the title of this section.

• Transcriptionist Distribution:  The Transcriptionist Distribution is represented by a pie chart showing the distribution of work for all transcriptionists for the time frame indicated in the title of this section.
