User Name Fields Explained Overview When setting up users in the InfraWare 360 platform, there are fields for:
These name fields are used in a variety of places, most commonly in templates. They are available both as individual fields and as concatenated fields. For example, when the user is a Transcriptionist, MT Initials is a field that can be inserted into a template. Those initials are constructed from these name fields. For Authors, any combination of the fields can be assembled for a signature line or other purpose. Author name fields can even be used for file names or folder names for downloaded reports. |
