Submitting an ITC Error Report

At times the InfraWare support group will ask you to submit an ITC error report to better help us to troubleshoot issues.  This KB article gives you the steps to submit this report to InfraWare:

1. Go Under Help In the ITC Main Queue Window
2. Press Report Error Report to InfraWare
3. Select the Dropdown box to choose what actions you were performing when the error occurred
4. Include additional details such as job number and any other pertinent information
5. Press Send
6. Send InfraWare Support a note to tell us that the report has been submitted
