What does the "% of eligible FD" column represent in the First Draft Editors table? |
Answer / Solution |
Percent of Eligible FDSummary: The InfraWare 360 platform provides a speech recognition option available called First Draft. When First Draft is enabled on your account, you can easily enable your MTs for First Draft on the First Draft Tab, Editors Sub-tab. Tasks:
For example, let’s say you are at the Fast Start level and you have three Authors available at the “A” level – Dr. Smith, Dr. Jones and Dr. Simpson. If each of them does 10,000 lines of “A” quality dictation, then you have 30,000 lines of eligible First Draft work. If you have an MT who does all of Dr. Smith’s work, and nothing else, then this column will say “33%” for that MT.
This column is useful for helping you pick which MTs you may want to transition to editors. An MT who is already working a certain Author will have an easier time learning how to be an editor if he/she does not also have to learn a new doctor’s mannerisms and style at the same time. Please refer to KB416 for more details on enabling MT Editors for First Draft. |
