Allow Facility User Access to Detailed Statistics

The InfraWare 360 platform provides Detailed Queue Statistics for all InfraWare Administrators from the Queue tab --> Admin Queue subtab in the IMC.  These Detailed Statistics can also be made available to Facility users in the Secure Web Portal.   This feature is setup under the Facility settings in the IMC. 

Note: The Facility Settings page can be viewed in either a Basic view or an Advanced view (with more detailed options).  The Allow Access to Detailed Stats is only available in the Advanced view. 

Tasks

To toggle this feature on/off:

• Login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) with your Administrator Username and password
• Click on the Administration tab
• Click on the Facilities subtab
• Click on the name of the facility you would like to edit
• Click on Switch to Advance View
• Scroll down to the Secure Web Portal Section
• Place a checkmark next to "Allow Access to Detailed Stats" to turn on this feature, leave unchecked to keep this feature turned off
• To save your changes, click Update Facility
