Job Number Prefixes Definitions

On the InfraWare 360 platform, our Data Center has been structured to ensure that the TDS lines are always up and running and available for customers to call in their dictations.  The IW platform has built in redundancies, which include three separate servers handling the receipt and routing of jobs for our Data Center.  When a different server is used to process the job, it will have the job prefix that is assigned to that server.   The following are the prefix definitions.   

Prefix Definitions

Telephone Dictation System (TDS)

X = Primary TDS - Local Lines - Ashburn data center

D = Secondary TDS - Local lines - Dallas data center

InfraWare Applications

M = InfraWare Mobile App

N = InfraWare Dictation Client (IDC)

Other

K = Blank Jobs

P = Duplicated Jobs

R = Retrieval Jobs (Created via InfraWare File Retrieval process)

W = Secure Web Portal Upload
