First Draft Graded Rates

For First Draft jobs you will now see the current grade for the Author+DocType of the job open in the ITC Editor. 

Requirement

• You must be using ITC Alpha v7.3.1.15, ITC Beta 7.3.1.16, ITC Production v7.3.2.2 or newer.  See KB28 for details on determining the version.

Tasks:

With a job open, you can find the grade under the F1 tab of the Function Panel (KB53) if you are working on a First Draft job.

 

IF a Graded Rate has been assigned to you by your manager you will also be able to see the grade on the Job Card in the ITC (KB590).  If a Graded Rate has not been assigned you will continue to just see "FD" for First Draft Jobs.
