Rewind / Fastforward Speed in the ITC

Summary

The InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) allows you to rewind or fastforward using the foot pedal, Keyboard Shortcuts.  Users may want to change the increments. 

Steps

To change your preferences in the General User Settings screen, just follow the quick, easy steps below: 

• Go to User Settings:
  • From the ITC Main Window:  Select the Settings menu ⇒ User Settings option ⇒ Edit User Settings or Keyboard Shortcut F10.
  • From the Editor:  Select the Tools menu ⇒ Options ⇒ User Settings
• Go to the general tab, Fast Forward / Rewind section, and set to your preference.
  
• Click Save.

Notes

• This setting defaults to 1, which basically means that each cycle of the timer handling the rew/ff process will increment the position by 1 second. 
• Any decimal value above 0 and less than or equal to 30 is valid (e.g., 0.2 would slow the rate down, 5 would increase it).
