Hide Dollar Amounts on the ITC Job Card

Summary

The InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) gives a transcriptionist the ability to obtain information on jobs they have completed via the job card.  By default the Job Card is available to any Transcriptionist.  See KB590 for details.  

The Job Card can be hidden if Administrators do not want the Transcriptionist to be able to see the Job Card in the ITC.  See KB220 for details.  Alternatively, if you want to allow access to the Job Card for the Transcriptionist to see productivity (lines, minutes, pages, etc.) but prefer to not expose dollar amounts you can Hide dollar amounts in the job card by following the steps in this article.

Steps

• Log in to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) with your Administrator Username and Password.
• Select the Administration tab ⇒ Users Sub-tab.
• Locate the Transcriptionist you would like to edit and click on the pencil to open the Transcriptionist user settings.
• In the Basic Settings section, place a checkmark next to Hide dollar amount on the ITC Job Card:
  
• Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
