Deleting Delivery Instructions in the IMC

Overview

When jobs enter the system, Delivery Plans are evaluated to determine which match the source of the job.  Based on the outcome of that match, a set of Delivery Instructions are created and attached to that job.  See KB83 for further details.  At times, it is necessary to delete one or more Delivery Instructions.

Tasks

• Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC.
• From the Delivery Instructions Page:
  • Select the Delivery tab ⇒ Instructions sub-tab.
    
  • Select the Facility and the Display Deliveries which have a status that is Pending:
    
  • Checkmark the instruction(s) that you wish to delete, then click the Delete link at the top of the listing OR click the Delete link to the right of an individual Instruction:
    
    

• Go to the Queue tab.
  • Select the job for which you would like to delete Delivery Instructions by clicking the Job #
    
  • Click the View Delivery Information link.
  • Click the Delete link next to the Instruction.
