Secure EMail Delivery Options

Summary

Documents are available for download via the Secure Email Queue, which allows for individual or en masse download.  The frequency of those delivery notifications is set by an Administrator as part of the Delivery Plan.  Users who would like to modify that frequency delivery can do so by following the steps outlined below.

Steps

• For Platform Users in the Secure Web Portal (KB608):
  • Go the Reports tab ⇒ Secure EMail subtab and click on the Change delivery time link:
    
  • Click the radio button to choose from delivery Immediately or Daily at a specified time.  Choose how many reminder eMails you would like to receive.  Choose 0 to disable.
    
  • Click Save.
• For non-platform users from the Secure EMail Portal (KB584):
  • Go to the Help tab ⇒ Settings subtab and click the Change delivery time link:
    
  • Click the radio button to choose from delivery Immediately or Daily at a specified time:
    
  • Click Save.
