Copying Access Rights to Another Transcriptionist
Summary
Transcriptionist Access Rights define platform behavior and granular access to facilities, document types, authors, and whether or not a Transcriptionist is eligible to receive First Draft (speech recognition) jobs and STAT jobs. Once you have created a Access Rights Plan you can copy it to another Transcriptionist by following the steps outlined below.
Requirements
- InfraWare Management Console (IMC) Login with access to manage Users
Steps:
- To access the Transcriptionist Access Rights, click the Administration tab ⇒ Users sub-tab. Locate the user to modify and click the pencil in the MT column. The Transcriptionist Access Rights section is near the bottom of the page.
- Check the box next to the Plan you wish to copy and click the Copy» link.

- A pop-up window will open:
- New Description: Modify the name if desired.
- Copy To:
- Duplicate the Plan for the same Transcriptionist by choosing "Original Transcriptionist (duplicate)"
- To copy to a New Transcriptionist select from the drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
