Dictation Trending Report explained

Summary

The Dictation Trending Report provides a graphical representation of when dictations are received, on a per-hour basis.  This information can be useful in seeing how much work is received, and can assist in staffing needs.

Requirements:

• An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC.

Tasks:

• Log into the IMC using your Administrator username and password.
  
• Click the Reports tab ⇒ Dictation Activity sub-tab.
• Click on the Dictation Trending Link under the Dictation Activity Report heading

Options Include:

• Account
• Facility
• Production Unit (if needed)
• Start Date, and End Date
• Time Zone
• Filter by Author
  
• Filter by Document Category
• Filter by Document Type

• After selecting options, select "Display Report" to view report results.
