CRM and Activity Export
Overview
The Facility CRM screen in the IMC provides an easy way to keep track of Upcoming Events, History, Contacts, Profile information, and Production History for a Facility. The CRM and Activity Export provides a way for Administrators to review activity, setup, and changes.
Requirements
- Administrator Login and Password for the IMC.
Steps
- Log in to the IMC with your Administrator username and password.
- Click the Administration tab ⇒ Facilities sub-tab.
- Click the CRM and Activity Export link at the top of the listing.
- A popup will display. Choose from the drop-down menu of Account Managers, Not Specified, or All.
- Click Submit to generate an Excel spreadsheet with CRM detail, event counts, and job counts. This file will automatically download.
