CRM and Activity Export

Overview

The Facility CRM screen in the IMC provides an easy way to keep track of Upcoming Events, History, Contacts, Profile information, and Production History for a Facility.  The CRM and Activity Export provides a way for Administrators to review activity, setup, and changes.

Requirements

• Administrator Login and Password for the IMC.

Steps

• Log in to the IMC with your Administrator username and password.
• Click the Administration tab ⇒ Facilities sub-tab.
• Click the CRM and Activity Export link at the top of the listing.
  
• A popup will display. Choose from the drop-down menu of Account Managers, Not Specified, or All.  
  
• Click Submit to generate an Excel spreadsheet with CRM detail, event counts, and job counts.  This file will automatically download.
