Account Setting to Display Queue Depth in the ITC
Overview
It can be helpful for a transcriptionist or QA to see how many jobs are available on the platform according to their current MT Access Rights and automatic routing of jobs to QA. Queue Depth is separated by TX and QA work. This feature can be enabled for your account by an Administrator as described in the steps below.
Requirements
- Account Administrator login and password.
Steps
- Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC.
- Go to the Administration Tasks tab ⇒ Account sub-tab.
- Choose the Settings option at the top of the page.
- In the Transcription section, check the box to enable this option for your Account. Uncheck the box to turn off this option. Default is off.
