Viewing Facility Messages in InfraWare Dictation for iOS

Overview

It is sometimes desired to bring something to the attention of a document's author or records staff.  For this purpose, InfraWare 360 supports embedded messages to Authors in addition to the ability for an Author to send feedback to the transcription staff.  See KB206 for further details.

Steps

• If there is a Facility Message associated with a job there will be an 🛈 indicator next to the job on the eSign list/Completed list.  Tap that entry to display a read-only view of the document.
  

• Tap the 🛈 indicator in the top right corner to display Facility Message details.
  

• Once you have viewed the message, Tap Mark Messages Read at the bottom of the screen.
  

  • Unread Facility Messages will have a red 🛈 indicator.  Read Facility Messages will have a gray 🛈 indicator.
    

• Note:  If the job is in eSign status and you wish to provide feedback or a response to the Facility Message, you may tap Reject and provide feedback and send the job back to Pending QA status. See KB908 for more details.
