Allowing Account Level Delivery Plans
Overview
When creating Delivery Plans, it is important to be careful in selecting the scope that a Delivery Plan encompasses. If a Delivery Plan is inadvertantly set up for an entire Account, then documents could be delivered to Facilities by mistake, causing a HIPAA violation.
The InfraWare Management Console defaults to not allowing Account level delivery plans, but that can be overridden by the steps below.
Tasks
- Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC.
- Select Account, then Settings
- Scroll down to the Features section, and place a checkmark next to Allow Account Level Delivery Plans
