Removing the gray overlay in the Secure Web Portal
Overview
On rare occasions, a large gray area will appear in a user's web browser, covering most or all of the Reports area. This is caused by a JavaScript error preventing the screen from refreshing correctly.
Solution
Some ways to correct this behavior are:
- Refreshing your browser by pressing F5
- Closing out and restarting your browser
- Check that Java is up-to-date on your system
- Disabling Scroll Queue by going under Tasks > Change My Preferences, and unchecking the Scroll Queue box
