Users unable to log into the ITC
Overview
In rare occurences, a user of the ITC attempts to log in with their email address and password, and the login window comes back up without any error message. This is caused by the date format in Windows being incompatible with the ITC.
Solution
- Open the Control Panel in Windows
- Change the 'View By' to Small Icons
- Click on Region
- Under the Formats tab, change the Short Date to display as M/d/yyyy, then click OK.
- If your ITC login window is still up, close out and restart the ITC.
If the problem persists, please contact your administrator.
