Changing the default Queue Date Range in the Secure Web Portal

The Queue Date Range setting on the User Preferences page in the Secure Web Portal sets the default date range on the Reports queue. The following steps show how to get to and make this change:

  1. Open the Secure Web Portal

  2. Click on the Tasks tab

  3. Click on "Change my preferences" (third from the bottom)

  4. See image below for location of this setting

  5. Press Save Preferences button once you have your setting ready
