How does an MT or QA user see their Queue Depth in the ITC?

Answer / Solution

Queue Depth in the ITC

Summary

It can be helpful for an MT or QA to see how many jobs are available on the platform according to their current MT Access Rights and automatic routing of jobs to QA. Queue Depth is separated by TX and QA work.

Requirements

  • InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) version 6.1.13.9 or newer is required.
  • MT Access Rights plan must be in place for an MT to see TX Queue Depth (See KB814 for details).
  • QA User must be configured to receive work in order to see QA Queue Depth (See KB180 for details).

Steps

  • Log in to the ITC version 6.1.13.9 or newer.
  • Click on the arrow next to the system tray to show hidden icons.
  • Hover the mouse over the ITC icon in the system tray.
  • A tooltip will display showing the TX and QA Queue Depth in minutes (m) and Jobs.  Minutes are rounded to the nearest whole number in this display.
  • When you are done viewing this information simply navigate away with the mouse or keyboard.
