Assigning Multiple QA Jobs

Summary

It is sometimes necessary to assign QA Jobs to a specific QA Pool or Account User.  This process has been streamlined to allow for routing of multiple jobs at the same time.

Steps

• Login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) using your IW Administrator username and password.
• Navigate to the Queue tab ⇒ Admin Queue sub-tab.
• Select jobs which need to be assigned by checking the box to the left of the job number.
• Go to the More Actions drop-down menu and select QA Job Assignment.
  
• The QA Job Assignment window will open as a popup.
  
• Select the Account User or QA Pool option by clicking the radio button and then choose from the drop-down menu.
• Click Submit.
  
• The jobs will be assigned as designated and the popup window will close.
