Custom Account-specific TAT Holidays Explained
Summary
Administrators on the InfraWare 360 platform can define Account-specific Holidays at the Account level, which can then be used at the Facility and Document Type levels for Active TAT Clock exceptions. Active TAT Clock Hours tell the platform during what days of the week and hours of the day the TAT clock will be counting. See KB841 for details on managing Active TAT Clock Hours for a Document Type and KB840 for details on how to set default TAT at the Facility level.
