Marking Multiple Jobs as Complete

Overview

At times it may be necessary to mark a batch of jobs as Complete.  How this is accomplished depends on what Job Status the jobs are in.

Solution

For jobs that have a Job Status of 'Ready for MT' or 'Transcription Pending'

Jobs with these statuses need to be marked Complete in the ITC individually.  They cannot be marked Complete as a batch.  Please refer to KB632

For jobs that have a Job Status of 'QA Pending'

Jobs with this status can be marked Complete in the ITC with the same procedure outlined above.

Also, a user can mark a QA Pending jobs as Complete in the IMC, by going under Queue > QA Queue, and clicking on the icon to the right of the job number:
