Explanation of Original Audio Not Found in the Audit Trail

Overview

For DSS / DS2  and InfraWare Mobile jobs there is a temporary .WAV file that is created when the job is converted to .WMA for use on the platform.  This .WAV is what FD looks for in order to produce SR output and is only temporary (we keep it for 1 day).  In the example below the job came into the platform on 5/15 for a dictation source which was not enabled for First Draft.  An Administrator enabled that Author/Document Type and attempted to Re-queue for First Draft on 5/18, after that temporary .WAV file was no longer available.  See KB739 for details on Re-queueing a job for First Draft.
