The InfraWare 360 platform supports templates created by the InfraWare Template Editor (ITE). This tool can be downloaded and installed from the Software tab of the InfraWare Management Console (IMC). Templates support the insertion and automatic population of data fields including those from the ADT (patient demographics) screen, job ID, MT initials, page numbering and user-defined fields. After uploading and naming a Template, edit a Document Type to select the Template.
Upon retrieving jobs with the InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC), a medical transcriptionist (MT) automatically receives the associated Template as part of the downloaded job.
When a job comes into the platform the active template assigned to the document type of that job is applied. When a template is replaced by uploading a new version, new jobs coming into the platform for the assigned document type will use that new version of the template. Jobs which are already in the system prior to uploading a new version of a template will have the active template at the time they came into the platform. In other words, the new template will not be applied to jobs which were already on the platform before the new template was uploaded.
Template Page Options
Filter: Filter the list by choosing a Facility at the top of the page, or by entering a Description in the field at the top of the listing. You may also check the box to "Only show templates ready to be First Draft enabled. Click the Apply Filter button to filter the listing.
Listing Details: Each template includes the following columns:
