Direct Message Acknowledgements in the Audit Trail

Summary

If an Account on the InfraWare 360 Platform has the Direct address of a provider, a DDS destination can be set up using that address.  See KB750 for details.

Overview

• Direct servers are required to give a delivery notice, which will show in the audit trail as a success for the delivery. 
• Direct systems can also give a notice when the recipient opens the message, but this is not a requirement.  If provided, a message is displayed in the audit trail for this as well.
