Default Turn Around Time for Jobs With Unspecified Document Type Explained

Overview

Administrators may specify the Turn Around Time for jobs which are dictated without a document type being specified.  These jobs would be shown as "System-Generic" for the document type.

Steps

• Log in to the IMC.
• Go to the Administrative tab, Account sub-tab.
• Scroll down to the Transcription section.
• Set the option for "Turn Around Time for Unspecified Document Type".
  • Default setting is 0 minutes.
• Click on Update Account to save the settings.
