How do I submit an error report from the IDC?

Submitting an IDC Error Report

At times the InfraWare support group will ask you to submit an IDC error report to better help us to troubleshoot issues. This KB article gives you the steps to submit this report to InfraWare:

In the IDC Main Window click on the Submit Error Report icon
Select the Dropdown box to choose what actions you were performing when the error occurred
Include additional details such as job number and any other pertinent information
Press Send
Send InfraWare Support a note to tell us that the report has been submitted
