Enable Option to View Similar Jobs in the ITC

Overview

The InfraWare 360 platform allows an Transcriptionist to view similar jobs while a job is open in the ITC Editor.  This allows the transcriptionist to check previous dictations/reports of the same author, patient, or document type.  The ITC Keystroke for this function is Ctrl + Shift + J.  If the keystroke does not work and/or this option is grayed in the View menu within the Editor, it means this option has been disabled for this user profile.

Solution

The transcriptionist needs to be allowed access (by their administrator) to completed jobs under their Transcription Settings in the IMC. 

Steps

1. Log into the IMC with your InfraWare Administrator username and password.
2. Click on the Administration tab, Users sub-tab.
3. Locate the Transcriptionist's name and click on the pencil icon under MT column to open the Transcriptionist Settings.
4. In the Transcriptionist Permissions section, Access to View Completed Jobs, select either: 
   • Allow access to jobs completed by this MT
   • Allow access to completed jobs based on MT Access Rights
   • Allow access to any completed jobs
5. Click Save Changes
