Eligible Jobs/Month Explained

Overview

The "Eligible Jobs / Month" column on the First Draft Authors page under the First Draft tab will be visible when the Display "Authors awaiting grade" is selected. This columns represents the number of jobs dictated by that Author in the last 30 days. The process of building a grade model begins automatically. When the model is done building, the grading process can be begin, where a grade level will be assigned for each author - document type - dictation source combination identified. Once a grade model has been assigned the author will be shown in the corresponding Display for each grade(s).
