Data Gathered Explained

Overview

The Data Gathered column on the First Draft Authors page under the First Draft tab will be visible when the Display "Authors in training" is selected.  The platform is looking at whether it will be possible for for an Author to gather 500 minutes worth of dictation over the course of 6 months.  This columns represents the percentage of data needed for training which has been gathered.  If the percentage is at 0% we are gathering data for that author, but we have not even gathered 1% -- the gathering process might have just started, or they could be a really sparse dictator.  Once the value in this column reaches 100% the process of building a grade model begins automatically and the author will then be shown in the Display "Authors awaiting a grade".  When the model is done building, the grading process can be begin, where a grade level will be assigned for each author - document type - dictation source combination identified.
