CDA Dcoument Type in the ITE ExplainedOverview C-CDA documents may contain both narrative and structured data. Stage 2 certified EMRs can receive these documents to populate records as intended. InfraWare 360 is a documentation platform supporting an ecosystem of physicians and documentation specialists with technology that formats transcribed content for Meaningful Use in the EMR. Setting the CDA Document Type in the ITE tags the template with that CDA document type. Steps
