How do I submit an error report from the ITC?

Submitting an ITC Error Report

At times the InfraWare support group will ask you to submit an ITC error report to better help us to troubleshoot issues.  This KB article gives you the steps to submit this report to InfraWare.

Steps

  1. In the ITC, go to the Help tab ⇒ Report Error to InfraWare:
  2. Choose from the drop-down menu to indicate what you were doing when the error took place. Options include: Transcribing, QA'ing, Marking a job complete,
  3. Provide Additional Details in the area provided.
  4. Press Send.
  5. You will receive a confirmation.

Please note that submitting an error report does not automatically open a ticket with Support.  An Administrator must contact Support and provide the user name and details of the reason for submitting the error report to support.
