Steps Required to Delete a Template

Summery

There are times when a clients will stop using a particular template/document layout. In that situation, you may want to remove the template from your account, in order to keep everything clean. 

Tasks:

The steps below will walk you through the process of backing up and then removing a template from the platform:

• Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC

• Choose the "Document Config" Tab.

• Choose the "Template" Subtab.

• Choose the facility where the template is located.

• Locate the template you want to remove and press the Download Action. This will allow you to download the template to your local computer. We would advise that you take this step, since you will no longer be able to access this template once it is deleted.

• Press the Delete icon next to the Template you want to remove.
  
• Click OK when prompted to verify the Delete action.
