Allow Credits to be Shown on Billing Report

Overview

This setting will give Secure Web Portal users the option to see credits on the billing report for jobs where the charge has decreased since the job was originally billed.

Steps

• Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC.

• Go to the Administration tab, and select the Facilities sub-tab.

• Click on the Advanced page option.

• Scroll to the Secure Web Portal section.

• Find the option Allow Credits to be Shown on the Billing Report and check the box.

• Click Update Facility at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
