| What are Masks? |
| Answer / Solution |
Masks ExplainedOverviewMasks are an optional feature for queuing and prioritizing jobs for transcriptionists. Alternatively, when masks are used for a transcriptionist, they override MT permissions and define the jobs and the order that jobs flow to that MT. Masks can be defined and enabled or disabled by the Administrator in the IMC. Using Transcriptionist Settings for each user, the Admin can also choose to allow an MT to manage her own masks. See related articles for additional detail. |
