What is the downloaded / printed flag?

Answer / Solution

The Downloaded / Printed Flag

The downloaded / printed flag on the InfraWare 360 platform is a binary setting. We call it a binary setting because the setting is either "Yes" or it is "No". This setting is utilized to manage jobs that still need to be either downloaded or printed. Users can set up a saved search with a filter criteria of "Downloaded" Must Have "No". This will cause the saved search to return all jobs where the "Downloaded / Printed" flag is set to "No". Once each job is downloaded and/or printed, this setting will be set to "Yes". Therefore, the next time the user runs their saved search, jobs that were previously downloaded and/or printed will not turn up again. This will elimate duplicates from being downloaded/printed.
