Mark Job as Delivered after Viewing Document from Job Properties in Secure Web Portal

Summary

The facility setting Mark Job as Delivered after Viewing Document from Job Properties in Secure Web Portal allows an administrator to determine whether a job should be marked as downloaded when the transcribed document is viewed via the Job Properties page in the Secure Web Portal.  If this setting is turned on then a job would be marked as downloaded if an Secure Web Portal user opens the job properties page and then clicks the PDF, Word, or RTF links to view the transcribed document.

Tasks

• Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC.

• Select Administration tab, and then click on Facilities.

• Click on "Advanced" button.

• Scroll down to Secure Web Portal.

• To activate, click in the box next to "Mark Job as Delivered after Viewing Document from Job Properties in the Secure Web Portal".

• Select "Update Facility" to save changes.
