Mark Job as Delivered after Viewing Document from Job Properties in IMC

Summary

The account setting Mark Job as Delivered after Viewing Document from Job Properties in IMC allows an administrator to determine whether a job should be marked as downloaded when the transcribed document is viewed via the Job Properties page in the IMC.  If this setting is turned on then a job would be marked as downloaded if an IMC user opens the job properties page and then clicks the PDF, Word, or RTF links to view the transcribed document.

Tasks

• Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC.

• Select Administration tab, and then click on Facilities.

• Click on "Edit Account" --> and you will see the screen found below:
