How to Keep the Address Book Open

Overview

There are times when a transcriptionist will be working on a job that will require many address books lookups to be performed. By default, the address book will close after an insert is made causing the transcriptionist the need to reopen the address book for each lookup. Fortunately, the InfraWare 360 platform allows for the transcriptionist to keep the address book open after an insert is performed. In the following screenshot, the arrow is pointing to the option that allows for the address book to stay open or be closed after inserts are made. If the user wants the address book to stay open after an insert, they should uncheck this box.
