Dictations against Appointment

Overview

You can perform as many dictations against an appointment entry as are needed.  To do additional dictations against an appointment that has already been dictated against, first make sure than the "Show Complete" box is selected in the IDC schedule screen.  Locate the appointment that you need to dictate against using the provided filters and then click the appropriate button on the left-hand side the appointment.

*Note - You will still need to specify in the recording that the dictation that you are submitting is an addendum to another dictation and it will still need to be manually merged with the original dictation by the Transcriptionist.
