How to Change the Resolution for an Image on a Template
Overview There are times when you will create a template for a client that contains many images including header, footers and side bars. If you import these images from another spot, for example a Word document, often times the images and resulting template will be very large in size. This large size will cause slowness when attempting to open and save the document in the ITC as well as creating potential slowness issues for clients when they are utilizing the Secure Web Portal.
One way to improve this situation is by decreasing the DPI of these images. This can be done in a way that will reduce the overall size of the image/document storage requirements but will not cause quality issues with the printed document. The InfraWare Template Editor has a built in feature that allows you to edit various image properties including the DPI of the image. Tasks
To edit the resolution, use the following steps:
