Account/Facility Roles Explained Overview The InfraWare 360 platform is a roles-based system, and there are two fundamental categories of roles:
As the names imply, Facility roles provide visibility and authority to take actions within the scope of a single facility but not beyond. Accounts (commonly and MTSO) contain facilities and users with Account level roles can have visibility across many or even all Facilities. Account level roles include:
Note: More than one role can be assigned to a user, and each role implies specific authority. For example, in order to use the ITC, a user must have the Transcriptionist role. In order to create users and perform many other tasks, a user must have the Administrator role. Those two examples also each require an associated license for the ITC and IMC respectively. |
